Terms of Service
Welcome to my terms of service. By finalizing payment to any and all requests you fully accept all of the follow terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
Please write in a neat and understanding manner. It's very important for me to understand what you're looking for in a commission so be sure to use clear wording and proper grammar so we may communicate as best as possible!Be sure to provide me with clear reference images to use for your commission. I will not accept character design descriptions as it's harder for me to envision exactly what you're thinking of.Any ill or malicious behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled with notice if it occurs. I am a person offering my services, lets be civil and kind to each other.If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission. You are absolutely free to return for a commission as long as you can show me we can both be on the same page of respect and proper commission etiquette.
2. Payment
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.The currency accepted for any type of commission is USD using PayPal, with exceptions, if said on an advertisement or directly.
3. The Process
To better make sure you are satified with your commission I will provide work in progress, otherwise known as "WIPs" during each phase of the art process. This includes sketching, lining, coloring, and/or shading. Be aware you may request for you commission to be a surprise, I will refrain from sending you WIPs but I will not redo the artwork if unsatisfied. Please only request no WIPs if you are absolutely sure you will be satisfied with the results!The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.
If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified at the earliest possible time.
4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can in my abilities to ensure my clients are as happy as possible when working with me!That being said, after a commission is completed, only small changes are allowed to be made to the finished results, such as small colouring/marking mistakes. This can be requested at any time!~
Any great changes will not be allowed such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw a major element of the art.
5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing.~
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site without notice or requested permission.
The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.~
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without permission. Meaning, making money of it in any way.This excludes selling the rights to their character. Any art may be used to add to the total value of a character.Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.Removing any watermarks/signatures.Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
6. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
If payment has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If the payment has been sent, you may receive a refund so long as the sketching process hasn't been progressed.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.
You will be denied to ever commission me, Shoumi, ever again.Your name and non-personal information will be publicly posted online to websites and/or applications as a warning to other consumers and producers for malicious intent.I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me for said commission.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
Adoptable T.O.S
1. Design/Character Editing
Consumers are allowed to:
Slightly change character design so long as it is still recognizable to the original. Examples: add/remove hair, Changing tail from fluffy to skinny, eye color change, slight pattern changes, etc.Change/alter name and/or gender.
2.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, excluding the character itself.~
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site without notice or requested permission.
Consumers are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted character for personal use.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.~
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing and character will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Majorly change design to be unrecognizable to the original.Edit my artwork. All design changes must be made on personal art, bases, etc.Claim they created the design.
3. Refund Policy
I have the right to refuse sale of products to anyone at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after payment is received and character is sent out.If money has not been sent yet the consumer may cancel adoptable purchase.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to the character will be retracted. The character will NOT be resold further.
You will denied to ever purchase adoptables from me, Shoumi, ever again.Your name and non-personal information will be publicly posted online to websites and/or applications as a warning to other consumers and producers for malicious intent.I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me for said adoptable.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the purchase.
